Dr. Gary D. Fleischer is a Gradute of Princeton University's School of Engineering. He attended Tufts University School of Medicine and then served in the U.S. Army. He did his post graduate training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and at Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center. He completed a Spine Surgery Fellowship at the prestigious Spine Center at University of California, San Francisco. He continued to serve for many more years in the Army, up to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and served as a field medical commander.

Jennifer Griffin attended Rivier University where she received both undergraduate and masters degrees in nursing. She has a degree as advanced practice registered nurse. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Jennifer has tremendous surgical experience with a background as a registered nurse, who has worked for many years primarily in the operating room. She has extensive clinical experience in orthopedic surgery and served as a facility Service Line Director of Orthopedics and Spine at a large Medical Center. She is a Certified Nurse of the Operating Room and a Registered Nurse First Assist.
